Christmas can be a hard time of year. If you need support, we are here to help. Please carefully read the steps to applying for support. If you have questions, contact us at the email or phone number listed below.

 

If you are on Income Assistance:

 

1.

 

 

 

 

 

You will receive a green application form in the mail from the Department of Community Services.

 

Note: If you do not receive this by October 31, contact your caseworker.

 

 

2.

 

 

Fill out the application form.

 

 

3.

 

 

Mail the form to the address noted on the application as soon as you receive it.

 

 

 

If you are NOT on Income Assistance:

 

1.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Contact your local food bank after October 24 and tell them you want to apply for Christmas support. They will give you an application form.

 

Note: If you cannot visit a food bank, call us at 457-2849 and we will work with you to get the appropriate referral.

 

 

2.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fill out the application form you receive at the food bank, and they will forward it to the Christmas Registry on your behalf.

 

 

 

 

 

3.

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you are being referred by an agency (other than a food bank) that knows your circumstances, call us and we will explain the referral process.
